Work experience can help develop skills and encourage learning
We have a range of opportunities with different roles in the company – this comes a wealth of knowledge that can be shared in both clinical and non-clinical positions. Participants gain guidance and hands on support during their work experience.
We adopt a blended approach with our work experience incumbents – and being part of our teams and immersed in the day to day processes help towards the ethos of learning on the job, that works alongside the educational aspect of and individuals career development.
