Leadership and Management Programme
This programme is to help employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles. The aim of the programme is to focus on employee growth and future performance.

We aim to create a flexible pathway for you to develop and to be nurtured within your role at LivingCare. On average the pathway will take 12 months to complete however you can complete the program at your own pace.
Trainee Endoscopy Programme
This programme is largely be based on the JETS online platform and will be facilitated and supported by our Lead Nurses and Learning and Development Coordinator. The ETP will last for a period of 12 months at its maximum length.

Essential Baby and Child First Aid
This bespoke 2 hour session is aimed at parents, carers and grandparents. The course will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to help a baby or child with both minor and major illnesses in the first instance until medical help arrives.

Delivered by is Sarah Ingamells, a qualified teacher and first aid trainer with over 8 years experience in education working in health and social care, with individuals from the ages of 6 to 60 with a range of complex physical and mental health needs.
Venepuncture and Cannulation
On this course you will develop the core knowledge required in anatomy and physiology, plus skills for application and delivery involved in venepuncture and cannulation.
