This programme is to help employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles. The aim of the programme is to focus on employee growth and future performance.

We aim to create a flexible pathway for you to develop and to be nurtured within your role at LivingCare. One average the pathway will take 12 months to complete however you can complete the program at your own pace.

There will be optional modules for you if you wish to develop yourself further. For those employees who wish to develop their career into different or elevated positions, a bespoke training plan can be created for you.

Whats the programme duration?

The duration of the programme is 6 months however after month 6, you will have the opportunity to have 1 to 1 sessions with your coach to provide you with next steps for you to take back into your place of work.

 

Is there ongoing support?

You will have the support of a ‘buddy’ and ‘mentor’ throughout the programme and overseeing your learning journey will be our Learning and Development Coordinator and Coach.

How do I apply?

Submit your interest through our interest form for yourself or on behalf of an applicant as a manager

The interest form will then be reviewed, and invites sent to applicants who fit our entry requirements

Interviews for the programme scheduled and interviews take place at our Head Office in Leeds

Complete out training course of interest form
